We keep a maximum of 16 client dogs in training at any given time. Each dog is worked once a day in the yard with multiple field setups each day. We work hard to develop a positive attitude in your retriever.

We have 4000 acres of training grounds with over 15 ponds providing us with unlimited opportunities for your retriever. Great grounds are a key resource in developing a well-trained retriever!

Puppy Headstarting
If you want to make sure your pup gets the right start to becoming the best possible hunting or competition dog, then our headstarting program is the way to go. Pup arrives at 6-8 weeks old and begins training immediately. This involves introduction to gunfire, birds, & water, as well as socialization and crate training. Introducing these properly at an early age helps to avoid problems in future training.
Developing desire and cooperation is stressed in these early training sessions.
